Device Director is a central location where all device configuration takes place. It provides a complete overview of what stage all jobs are at and lets you know if there are any issues.

End users will not have access to Device Director and it is managed by a Curator System Administrator (e.g. the IT Team in your organization, or the Tech Support team at IPV or your integration Partner if a managed service is being provided).
