Symptom

This error message can be seen when trying to check in a project using the Curator for Adobe Extension on Curator Arrival and newer versions of Curator. 

The issue is that check-in fails and the error message 413 - "The page was not displayed because the request entity is too large" is displayed at the bottom of the screen in white text on a red background.

This error may also be encountered when trying to run the System Setup config when making changes to media stores.
