Symptom
Although users are able to log into the Adobe Extension without error, the returned screen shows no functions at all, with no error messages occurring from Adobe.

Resolution
The main cause of this is incorrect server-side configuration setup. Here is how to resolve the issue:
- On the server housing Curator, and the Adobe Extension server-side config, navigate to the following path:
- C:\Program Files\IPV\Curator\Server\Config\Premiere Pro\Extensions (Example Path)
- In order for the config file to function as expected, the name of the folder residing in this folder has to be correct in its entirety (Unless enhanced security measures are in place):
- workgroup[]-user[]-winid[]-machine[] (Curator Server 2.15 and below)
- C:\Program Files\IPV\Curator\Server\Config\w[]-u[]-win[]-m[] (Curator Server 2.16+)
