One way to improve playback quality when using the IPV Curator for Adobe panel is to add the attached file (IPVImporter.xml) to the below location on any affected CLIENT side machine:

On Windows, the full path is likely to be:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore\IPVImporter\IPVImporter.xml

On OSX, the code expects to find the configuration file in the ../Resources folder relative to the executable, so the path will probably be:

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore/IPVImporter.bundle/Contents/Resources/IPVImporter.xml

In order to access the above, right-click IPVImporter.bundle and select Show Original. This will navigate to the actual importer files. Right-click this and choose Show Package Contents. The Contents/Resources folders will now become apparent, and the IPVImporter.xml can be placed within these.

If you do not currently have a copy of the IPVImporter.xml, contact support who will be able to supply this to you.

Once in place, restart the application, log back into the Curator for Adobe panel and attempt to playback the previously problematic content.
