Extract Springbatch Folder

Find and Extract the IPV-x.x.x-runtime folder
 Under the previously extraced Workflows zip, find the "IPV-x.x.x-runtime" zip under "OTMM Components\SpringBatch Integration".   Extract this file somewhere suitable:
