Download a Community version zip file from Neo4j's website. Please note: The latest version of Neo4j tested by IPV is 3.5.11, newer versions may be incompatible with Curator software.

| Extract zip file |
Extract the downloaded "neo4j-community-x.x.x-windows.zip" to "C:\". Do not extract these files under Program Files. |

| Install Service using Command Line |
Enter the following command lines, replacing the parts in bold:

| Edit conf file |
Browse to "C:\neo4j-community-x.x.x-windows\conf" and open "neo4j.conf" in a text editor. Search for the following line and remove the preceding "#":
dbms.security.auth_enabled=false
