Licence Manager for 3.3

Install Requirements Licence Manager is required to be installed alongside the following services: - XCode - XFer - Analytics - Process Engine Service

Run Installer and "Click Next"

Accept Licence Agreement

Click Next

Click Next For Licence Manager, it is not necessary under normal circumstances to run the service as a service user so this step can be skipped. However, the service account can be set here if required:

Click Install

Click Finish

Copy and rename supplied licence file to server

Licences files are supplied in the format "License_SERVER_MAC_ADDRESS.xml", e.g. Licences_MA-CA-DD-RE-SS-00.xml.  Be sure to apply the correct licence file to each server.

Navigate to

  • C:\Program Files\IPV\Licence Manager
  1. Rename the existing Licences.xml file to Licences_OLD
  2. Copy the IPV supplied Licences_MA-CA-DD-RE-SS-00.xml to the folder
  3. Rename it to Licences.xml. (Please remember to check if file name extensions are visible in the file explorer before renaming)

Start/Restart Service
